Serve Together

Project Kids Eat began 20 years ago as a result of a school social worker asking Campus Church for the leftover food from our annual Community Thanksgiving Meal.  She wanted to deliver the food to students that typically received breakfast and lunch at school, but on school holidays, often did not have food to eat.  We deliver food and other necessities to local extended stay hotels and 2  apartment complexes with the help of business partners and nearby churches.

If you would like to help us deliver meals this summer from 11:30-12:30, Monday-Friday, June 1-July 29, click the button below or if you have questions, please contact Julie Williams (

Give to Project Kids Eat

If you would like to help support Project Kids Eat either financially or by supplying needed items for the families, we could use your help!  We will be distributing toiletry kits to the families a few times throughout the summer.  A toiletry kit includes full sizes of the following: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, deodorant, a bar of soap or body wash, and 4 toothbrushes.   We also need laundry pods and toilet paper.

What is the time commitment for PKE?
Where are the meals served?
Do I go alone to the hotels?
Do I need to wear a mask?
Do I need a background check to serve in PKE?
Can my kids serve with me?
Is childcare provided?
I don't have a car, can I still participate?
